Civil War letter, ca. 1861.

The collection consists of one letter written by William H. Lough to his brother. In it he describes camp life and punishments for soldiers who disobeyed orders. The letter is not dated but since it was written while Lough was stationed at Camp Bridgeland near Indianapolis, it was probably written in late 1861.
